100% Cotton
100% Cotton Monk’s Cloth or tightly woven linen- This is the base fabric you punch into. Monk's cloth is the most common because it's soft yet strong, and holds loops well.
Punch Needle- Small needles for tight loops, large for plush effects.
For backing: Eco-,Friendly Cork Or Felt, Also we just added rubber backing for our coasters
Fabric Glue or Stitching- Secures the loops and backing so the coaster holds up to regular use

Processing & Shipping
Processing Time: Most orders ship within 3–7 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may take up to 10 business days.
Shipping Options: Standard, Express, and International shipping available at checkout. Tracking is included where possible.
Delays: We are not responsible for postal delays once your item has been shipped, but we’ll do our best to help track and resolve any issues.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are welcome! We offer personalization for text, colors, and design elements.
We will confirm all details with you before production begins.
Due to the handmade nature, small variations may occur that’s part of the charm!
Returns & Exchanges
Custom items are non-refundable. However, if there’s a mistake on our part, we will gladly fix it or offer a replacement.
Non-custom items: Accepted for return/exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Must be unused and in original condition.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Lost Packages:
If your package is lost in transit or shows as delivered but you have not received it, you must file a claim with USPS and follow their guidelines for resolution. Occasionally, USPS packages are scanned as delivered prematurely and are delivered a few days later. Tiny Thread Co is not responsible for lost items once they are shipped.
Incorrect Address:
If you provide an incorrect shipping address and your package is returned to us please send us an email (tinythreadco60@gmail.com) I will email you if your email is on file.
You will have two options:
1. Repay Shipping: Pay to have the package re-shipped to the correct address.
2. Return: I will refund you for your purchase minus the original shipping cost. You will be refunded the cost of the merchandise and any taxes paid on it.
